Peter J. Losavio, Jr, J.D., CELA, is a member of Losavio & DeJean, LLC, where he has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation – which means he is one of approximately 500 attorneys in the United States with this certification and the only Certified Elder Law Attorney in Louisiana.

ATTORNEY

Attorney Kent DeJean is an accomplished lawyer who specializes in Veteran Affairs and is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs. He was born in Opelousas, Louisiana, and graduated from Opelousas Catholic High School in 1980.

Marie M. Losavio, R.N.

OFFICE NURSE

Marie Mayeux Losavio, native of Moreauville, Louisiana, is a registered nurse, notary public and case manager. She volunteered with the local ambulance service in high school and college. She also completed a nurse aide course while in high school, working clinicals predominately in local nursing homes.

ATTORNEY

Meghan E. Conques, J.D., started working for Losavio & DeJean, L.L.C. in May of 2021. During this time, she has been learning elder law, estate planning and Medicaid planning. She joined Losavio & DeJean, L.L.C. as a law clerk in 2021 and is now an Associate Attorney.
