Meghan E. Conques, J.D.

Biography

Meghan E. Conques, J.D. is an Associate Attorney at Losavio & DeJean, L.L.C. with a passion for helping families navigate some of life's most challenging moments. She joined the firm in 2021 as a law clerk and, upon becoming licensed in 2023, transitioned into her role as an Associate Attorney. Since then, she has dedicated her practice to elder law, estate planning — including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney — successions, and Medicaid planning. To date, she has played an instrumental role in assisting with and winning more than 100 Medicaid cases, reflecting her deep commitment to her clients and her expertise in this highly specialized area of law.

Born and raised in the Baton Rouge area, Meghan is a proud Central High School graduate, where she competed on both the girls' basketball and track teams. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2017 and is a proud LSU alumna. She went on to attend Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree cum laude in May 2022 and was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing.

Meghan holds the following bar admissions and certifications:

• Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association in good standing since 2023

Outside of the office, Meghan loves exploring new restaurants, catching live concerts, and cheering on her LSU Tigers any chance she gets. She has a passion for travel and treasures every moment spent with family and friends. Meghan is proud to live and work in the community she has always called home.
