Program Description By opting into the Losavio & DeJean LLC SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages regarding your legal matters. These messages may include appointment reminders, case updates, document request notifications, billing notices, and general communication directly related to the services we provide to you.
Message Frequency and Rates
- Message frequency varies based on the status and needs of your individual case.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and cellular provider.
Opt-Out and Help Instructions
- To Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our firm. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our office.
Carrier Liability Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
